房間乾淨，服務特別好，很貼心也很暖心。前台小姐姐很友好，還特意給我家迷糊娃送了一個橡皮筋扎頭髮。早餐很好吃，午餐也很美味。下次一定會再來哈

設施：酒店很新，在當地是最好的酒店了，性價比超高。
環境：就在竹海對面，很方便，酒店依山傍水，就在竹山旁。
服務：服務人員很熱情，接待我的圓圓從入住到退房都是她接待，很滿意。
餐飲:因為周邊沒有什麼餐飲，在酒店吃的兩餐非常超預算，從菜色口味都很合口味

房間很大，價格非常實惠，有點像商務接待的規格，房間裏鋪有地毯，應該來講是益陽這邊規格比較高的酒店，適合旅遊度假，唯一美中不足的是酒店被子有污損的情況，好在更換還算及時，門衞前台客房態度也比較好。

就在竹海斜對面，新酒店居住條件很好，榻榻米很喜歡，睡着、坐着喝茶都很舒服。床挺大的，軟軟的。廁所也大，用了霧化玻璃。總而言之居住體驗很好，離益陽市區和桃江都很近。

整體環境，房間配套都可以，但服務質量和規範很一般，辦理入住要交按金，目前，還要交按金的酒店不多了，12點，房門進不了，不得不到前台重刷卡，下午2點差5分，前台打來電話，説超過時間，要多扣費，每小時30元……，口氣也十分不友好！以後不會再選這裏了！
